About The Role

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on growth and marketing role at a pre-seed AI hrtech startup, where you'll own the full demand-generation engine — from cold outbound to paid acquisition, content, SEO, and events. You'll sit at the center of the go-to-market motion, designing repeatable, data-driven programs that translate recruiting insights into measurable pipeline. The impact is immediate and highly visible at a small, fast-moving team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events — delivering measurable outcomes end-to-end.
  • Treat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate quickly.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize cold email outbound campaigns while managing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
  • Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Create and distribute high-velocity content — blogs, email newsletters, social posts, testimonials, case studies, and product stories — with strong brand alignment.
  • Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
  • Build marketing partnerships and organize online and offline events to drive real audience turnout.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Recent graduate or current intern — career stage aligned with 0–3 years of experience in growth or marketing.
  • Hands-on experience across multiple growth domains: outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events.
  • Proven ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact, not just execute tasks.
  • Experience running and optimizing cold email programs, including deliverability management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
  • SEO skills including topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) — able to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns independently.
  • Strong content creation ability across written formats, with a sharp eye for brand voice and consistency.
  • Experience organizing events and managing marketing partnerships.
  • Comfortable with high ownership, fast iteration, and cross-functional collaboration in a startup environment.
  • Background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms is a plus.
