How you’ll contribute
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical conditions
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
- Deliver hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, and functional ability
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and long-term wellness
- Document progress clearly and accurately in patient records
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to support coordinated care and discharge planning
- Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed
What we’re looking for
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to build rapport with patients
- Previous experience in a rehab setting (preferred but not required)
- Current, active PT license
- CPR certification
