As Change and Culture Manager, you will support the successful implementation of organisational change and culture initiatives across Unilabs by partnering with business leaders, HR teams and project stakeholders to drive adoption, embed desired behaviours and strengthen employee engagement.

The role will play a key part in bringing Unilabs’ values and culture to life and embedding the corporate strategy through change management, engagement activities, workshops and local implementation support. Working across countries and functions, the Change and Culture Manager will help ensure that strategic transformation initiatives are delivered in a people-centred and sustainable way.

Major Activities

Change Management and Transformation

  • Support the development and implementation of change management strategies for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and readiness assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute change plans that support successful adoption of new processes, systems, structures and ways of working.
  • Monitor change progress and recommend interventions to address adoption challenges or resistance.
  • Partner closely with project teams, HR and business leaders to integrate change activities into broader programme plans.
  • Support governance and reporting activities, including change metrics, progress updates and leadership presentations.

Culture and Employee Engagement

  • Support the implementation of Unilabs’ values and behavioural framework across countries and functions.
  • Partner with country and functional leaders to plan and facilitate culture workshops and engagement activities.
  • Help translate global culture priorities into locally relevant actions and initiatives, supporting consistency while encouraging local ownership.
  • Coordinate culture-related communications, toolkits, guidance materials and resources for leaders and change leads, in partnership with Communications.
  • Support employee listening activities, surveys, focus groups and feedback mechanisms to gather insights and inform continuous improvement.
  • Monitor culture and engagement indicators and provide actionable recommendations.

Stakeholder Enablement

  • Develop compelling change and culture communications, including presentations, FAQs, leadership messages, intranet content and employee materials.
  • Support leaders with engagement planning to strengthen visibility and sponsorship of change initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder meetings to build understanding and commitment.
  • Collaborate with Communications, HR and project teams to ensure aligned and consistent messaging.
  • Promote best practices in change management, engagement and culture implementation across the organisation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change and culture activities using qualitative and quantitative measures.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies, tools and resources.
  • Support the development of the Change & Culture Lead network and broader change capability across Unilabs.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Robust project plans and timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Impactful working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Successful delivery of change and culture initiatives against agreed milestones.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Adoption and behavioural change outcomes for transformation programmes.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in change management, organisational development, culture, internal communications, HR transformation or a related field.
  • Experience supporting large-scale organisational change programmes in a complex and international environment. · Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across different organisational levels.
  • Experience designing and facilitating workshops, engagement sessions, leadership engagement interactions and/or training programmes.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and practical change and communication materials. · Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and engagement platforms such as Viva Engage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret feedback, survey results and change metrics.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic, with strong personal and stakeholder engagement skills, a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences would be advantageous.
