Job Description The Role At Featurespace, we build software that protects our clients and their customers from fraud and financial crime. A critical part of our success is not just what we build, but how quickly, reliably and securely we can deploy it into real customer environments. As an Engineer in the Rapid Deployment team, you will contribute to building the tooling and automation that enables fast, consistent deployment of ARIC across customer environments. The Rapid Deployment team builds and owns the tooling, automation and technical standards that reduce deployment time and operational risk across: Public cloud environments Customer‑managed datacentres Hybrid and security‑constrained environments This role is focused on learning, delivery and developing strong foundations in Linux, automation and cloud infrastructure. How You’ll Work You will work under the guidance of Senior and Staff Engineers. You will contribute to team delivery through coding and implementation. You will collaborate with Engineering, SRE and Security teams. Key Responsibilities: Engineering Implement features within deployment and automation tooling. Write scripts and support automation tasks. Follow best practices and coding standards. Support & Learning Assist in troubleshooting deployment issues. Support testing and validation of deployments. Contribute to documentation and internal processes. Collaboration Participate in team discussions and code reviews. Work with other engineers to develop skills and understanding. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications Basic Linux knowledge. Scripting experience (Bash or Python). Understanding of cloud fundamentals. Familiarity with Git. Willingness to learn deployment tooling and Infrastructure as Code. Nice to Haves Exposure to deployment or automation tooling. Basic Docker or Kubernetes knowledge. Networking fundamentals. Exposure to third‑party datastores such as ELK / OpenSearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL or ClickHouse.
