Role: Digital Commerce Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Collect and prepare regular reports and dashboards related to demands KPI and revenue to communicate the findings and insights to cross-functional teams
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, benchmark against competitors, user experience, and recommend strategies to gain a competitive edge
  • Responsible for preparing content audit reports and other specifics to optimize website design and functionality
  • Responsible for executing site content check user acceptance testing and quality assurance to (ensureing accuracy of image/copy/UX featuressite functionality ) across the client’s digital platforms include webstore and mobile application
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Develop and refine existing reports to ensure maximum performance and usability while aligning with strategic business needs.

Qualifications

  • Must have a BA/BS degree
  • Proven expertise in MS Office (excel, powepoint), particularly strong skill needed in handling Excel
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools is a plus (eg. Microstrategy/Tableau/Cognos)
  • Excellent understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standards
  • Able to be extremely productive and effective in a multi-cultural, virtual work environment
  • Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, online consumer behavior, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
