Digital Marketing Campaign Manager
Australian Agency | Full-Time Remote | Long-Term | Above-Market Pay
A growing Melbourne digital marketing agency is hiring a full-time. Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join the team remotely from the Philippines. You will own client campaigns end-to-end across SEO, Google Ads, and social media — from strategy through to execution, optimisation, and reporting.
This is a long-term, stable role with a clear path to grow into a team lead position as the agency expands.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and social (paid and organic — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Run Google Ads end-to-end: keyword research, ad copy, targeting, bidding
- Execute SEO strategy: technical audits, on-page optimisation, link building
- Manage social accounts: content calendars, community engagement, paid boosts
- Build client reports in Looker Studio (Data Studio) with GA4, GTM,
- SEMrush, and Ahrefs data — show ROI, traffic, conversions, and growth
- Sit in on client calls, help shape strategy presentations, and
- communicate campaign performance clearly in writing and on video
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
3+ years hands-on digital marketing, ideally in an agency managing multiple client accounts at once
Strong working knowledge of: Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager,
Looker Studio, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Meta Ads Manager, and a social
scheduling tool (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
Able to plan a campaign and explain the strategy — not just execute tasks
Strong written English for reports, proposals, and ad copy
Self-motivated, organised, able to own outcomes without being micromanaged
Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
Nice to have: WordPress, Canva, email marketing platforms, Meta ads compliance knowledge (including 18+ categories), and any graphic design or copywriting experience. These are bonuses, not requirements — the agency has a design team.

- Sole employment — this is not a side job
