We are looking for an organized, approachable, and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to manage our people operations. You will handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, compliance, and HR documentation. Your goal is to ensure a smooth employee experience, maintain company policies, and support the growth and well-being of our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of HR experience (preferred, fresh graduates with internship experience welcome)
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government statutory requirements
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized, confidential, and able to handle sensitive information
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR tools
