Overview
This role provides customer service support to healthcare providers via phone. You will handle inquiries related to benefits, billing, authorizations, and other services while ensuring accurate and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls from healthcare providers
- Resolve inquiries (benefits, billing, eligibility, authorizations)
- Navigate systems to check issue status and provide solutions
- Build positive relationships with providers
- Document cases and track trends
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic to moderate work experience
- Computer proficiency (Windows applications)
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Customer service or office experience
- Healthcare background (advantage but not required)
- This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring adaptability and strong customer focus. Training provided.
