About The Role

We are looking for an HR Shared Services Specialist to support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, HRIS updates, benefits coordination, employee records management, and policy support. This role requires someone who is organized, service-minded, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism and care. You will work closely with employees, managers, and HR teams to ensure that core HR operations are handled accurately and efficiently. The Philippines is a strong fit for this role because HR and other non-voice shared services are a recognized part of the country's IT-BPM capability base.
