About The Role
We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, invoicing, reporting, and financial record management. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical accuracy, process discipline, and the ability to work within deadlines in a remote setup. You will support finance workflows, maintain documentation, and ensure that transactions are processed accurately and in line with company controls. The ideal candidate should be dependable, detail-focused, and comfortable working with finance systems and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and finance transactions
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Support month-end and reporting activities
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, or internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal finance procedures
- Assist with financial analysis and tracking as needed
