Anytime Fitness SM City Consolacion is hiring a PT Business Manager (PTBM) to own and lead our Personal Training business. This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership seat for someone who can build a sales machine, mentor talent, and deliver results month after month.

You will be responsible for the full performance of the Personal Training business

From trainer productivity and sales strategy to client retention and operational compliance. You will lead a team of personal trainers, drive member engagement, and ensure delivery of world-class service, all while hitting aggressive monthly revenue and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team of Personal Trainers
• Sales Execution: Drive PT sales and hit monthly revenue targets
• Client Retention: Ensure member satisfaction, personalized coaching, and re-engagement strategies
• Operational Compliance: Manage documentation, scheduling, and safety standards
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs for sales, onboarding, and client satisfaction

• An experienced fitness leader or Fitness Manager (2+ years)
• Data-driven, organized, and strong in execution
• A confident coach and closer who leads by example
