About The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead with a focus oncampaign planning, creative direction, and activations.

This role is established to provide dedicated ownership of the marketing function and ensure our campaigns are well-planned, integrated, and consistently executed, with strong ownership from planning through execution.

What you'll do

Own the monthly marketing plan and campaign strategy.
Set the creative direction and messaging for integrated campaigns.
Manage marketing operations, product communications, and activation execution.
Own the activation strategy end-to-end.
Review campaigns and ensure creative quality and consistency.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have

6+ years of marketing experience, both agency and in-house experience is highly preferred.

Proven track record in owning integrated campaign strategy and creative direction.

Hands-on experience in digital media buying and social media management/execution.

Experience planning and executing events, activations, and workshops, ranging from small-scale initiatives to large-scale events.

Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries is preferred.
