YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
• Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Customer Orientation  You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction with every interaction
• Language Proficiency   Fluent in German and English  additional languages such as Spanish French Italian or Dutch are a plus
• Effective Communication  You possess skills to communicate clearly and persuasively, facilitating understanding and collaboration
• Flexibility  You can adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving work environment, including availability for  night shifts
