What Your Day Looks Like

• Diagnose and recommend options for homeowners to add, remove, replace and upgrade their electrical needs
• Handle residential electrical installs, upgrades, and repairs
• Diagnose circuits and equipment using modern tools and tech
• Work closely with dispatch and customer service to keep jobs smooth
• Put safety first and raise the bar for quality
• Knock out additional tasks with confidence and pride

Requirements

• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• MN Journeyman license required
• Hands-on residential electrical experience
• Customer-focused mindset — you know how to build trust before presenting options
• Strong communication and technical electrical skills
• Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

Compensation

• $50–$60/hour+
• OR $100,000–$140,000+ annually — and yes, top performers blow past that.
