Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator – Be the Hub of Operations at The Village at Rockville!

Pay Range: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour (Final offer based on your unique skills, experience, and professional background)

The Village at Rockville is currently in search of a highly organized and service-oriented Facilities Coordinator to enhance the daily operations of our Facilities Department. This position is ideally suited for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain the WorxHub work order system, ensuring requests are entered, assigned, tracked, and completed efficiently.
• Support Maintenance and Environmental Services teams by monitoring work order activity and generating reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing department processes.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit renovations in partnership with internal teams and vendors.
• Serve as a key point of contact for residents, team members, and vendors, delivering professional and responsive service.
• Assist with department budgeting, reporting, and quality assurance initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with WorxHub or similar facility management software.
• Strong Microsoft Office, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, data entry, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
