About the role

We have multiple opportunities available across our four operations. In these roles, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to support maintenance activities, ensuring the timely availability of materials, documentation, and other critical resources required for successful maintenance execution.

Working closely with the Planning, Scheduling, Execution, and Materials teams, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance maintenance efficiency, resource coordination, and overall operational performance.

To be successful, we are looking for someone with proven skills in written and verbal communication, strong initiative and team consensus building. Also, someone who has strong analytical, logistical and problem-solving skills.

In this role you will

  • -
  • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
  • -
  • Validate the delivery status of all material scheduled and provide mitigating actions for issues
  • -
  • Complete requisitions for new items, parts description changes and min/max changes supporting Plant Maintenance and Supply Chain
  • -
  • Order special tools or equipment, as required
  • -
  • Coordinate part requirements with purchasing, planning and execution
  • -
  • Assist with material management of cores and parts returns, shipping requirements, and material issues, etc.
  • -
  • Assist crews with break-in work orders, parts sourcing and availability
  • -
  • Verify availability of service manuals and relevant technical documentation for processing equipment via regular communication with Execution
  • -
  • Recognize parts book issues and initiate corrective actions as well as build new books as required
  • -
  • Aid in the organization, storage and tracking of parts
  • -
  • Participate and contribute appropriately in daily and weekly scheduling meetings
  • -
  • Assist during continuous improvement initiatives
  • -
  • Assist with job plan creation
  • -
  • Implement and develop Best Practices
  • -
  • Review and process warranty claims. Liaise with Warranty Coordinator and vendors
  • -
  • Assist with monthly and yearly shutdown planning, tooling, consumables supplies and parts deliveries
  • -
  • Support planning and scheduling as back up, when required

Requirements

  • -
  • Prior experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and common Microsoft tools
  • -
  • Working knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Materials Management Best Practices
  • -
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • -
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
