What this opportunity involves: We are seeking a dynamics and experienced Finance Manager to join our Client Accounting team for Office & Industrial segments. You will be a key member of the team in the efficient delivery of financial services and driving revenue growth through business development and client retention. The successful candidate will be required to be based in Sydney with the ability to attend the office in Sydney CBD and/or Parramatta. Key Responsibilities: Developing a strong partnership with sector Executive Leads to inform decision-making and foster business growth. Participating in client business development presentations and contributing to bid submissions through CAS pricing. Managing a team of onshore senior finance resources while overseeing an offshore client accounting pool Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of all client financial reporting and liaising with clients regarding annual audits. Serving as an expert in our financial systems and technology to provide value-add presentations to clients. Mentoring, coaching, and training team members to ensure succession planning and high performance. Assisting property management teams with budgeting, forecasting, and annual outgoings. Key Skills & Requirements Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance or equivalent Achievement of or close to completion of CPA or CA qualification Over five years of experience in property accounting, ideally in Commercial Demonstrated team management and leadership experience.
