Your Role: A Unique Blend of Clinical & Administrative Impact
In this dual role, you’ll play a key part in both the patient experience and clinical care delivery.
As a Patient Coordinator
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in/check-out
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow throughout the day
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Verify patient information and assist with documentation processes
- Support overall clinic efficiency and organization
As a Rehab Tech
- Assist therapists during treatment sessions to support patient care and safety
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Sanitize equipment according to clinic protocols
- Guide and encourage patients through therapeutic exercises
- Help create a positive, motivating rehab environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in healthcare is a plus
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in both clinical and administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred
- Current CPR certification is a plus; ability to assist patients and move equipment as needed
