Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team in Kraków. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts
  • Lead customer conversations, handle objections, and confidently close deals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business and technical needs
  • Stay informed about trends in technology and cloud solutions

Requirements

Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2+)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
  • Proven skills in prospecting, account development, and closing deals
  • Interest in or basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies

Valid Residence Card or EU Passport

What We Offer

  • Gross Salary: 11,000 PLN
  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonuses starting from 5,000 PLN gross

  • Relocation Support: 2,600 PLN gross (one-time payment after relocation and start)

Start Date: 9 May

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start between 07:00 and 10:00
