Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join a dynamic team in Kraków. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts
- Lead customer conversations, handle objections, and confidently close deals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business and technical needs
- Stay informed about trends in technology and cloud solutions
Requirements
Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2+)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
- Proven skills in prospecting, account development, and closing deals
- Interest in or basic knowledge of cloud-based technologies
Valid Residence Card or EU Passport
What We Offer
- Gross Salary: 11,000 PLN
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonuses starting from 5,000 PLN gross

- Relocation Support: 2,600 PLN gross (one-time payment after relocation and start)
Start Date: 9 May
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start between 07:00 and 10:00
