About The Role

Your responsibilities will include

Providing confident chairside assistance across a range of dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and equipment
Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional service
Managing appointment bookings, patient enquiries and front-desk administration
Supporting patient payments and general practice administration
Assisting with stock control and ordering clinical supplies
Working closely with the wider team to keep the practice running smoothly

You’ll be someone who is comfortable working with patients, takes pride in your work and can confidently switch between clinical and reception responsibilities.

Ideally, you'll have

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist
A Certificate III in Dental Assisting (highly regarded but not essential)
Strong computer skills, with experience using Oasis software being advantageous
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach
The ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to the changing needs of the practice
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
