Salary range (but not limited to)
94,200 - 115,200
Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are seeking a versatile, analytically driven Senior Human Resources Business Analyst to join our Talent Management team.
This role serves as a central pillar for our Talent & Performance Management initiatives — supporting our product owners (SMEs) through data consolidation, reporting, project management and change management. You will partner across HRMS, People Analytics, HRBPs and PMO, and transform complex talent data into clear, decision-driving insights for the Talent Management Center of Expertise (COE) and for senior leadership. You will bring in-depth expertise, work with autonomy, act as an advisor to the team, and contribute directly to strengthening succession planning, performance management reporting and our overall talent bench strength.
What you’ll do here
Project & Change management
- Manage project and support plans, status updates and timelines for internal team projects, ensuring initiatives stay on track
- Consolidate data to assess, build and share recommendations that support talent strategy decisions
Performance and Talent Management
- Consolidate and analyze talent and performance data to support talent identification, succession planning and talent reviews
- Design and maintain dashboards covering succession health, pipeline, mobility, performance and COE KPIs
- Partner with HRMS & People Analytics teams to improve data quality, process efficiency and automation of talent processes
- Leverage predictive insights to anticipate talent risks — attrition signals, succession gaps and pipeline readiness
- Translate data into executive-ready insights, presenting findings in clear, decision-driving narratives for COE and senior leadership
Assessment
- Consolidate and analyze assessment usage data by business unit and function (Talent Acquisition and Talent Management) in support of the assessment product owner
- Analyze and report on the monthly assessment chargeback data, in partnership with Finance and logistics support
- Build dashboards for executives, including forward-looking recommendations
What you bring to the table
- University degree, college diploma and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, such as Human Resources Business Analyst, HR Analytics, or a related discipline
- Knowledge in talent management is a strong asset
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-visibility initiatives with limited supervision
- Strong background in project management; comfortable managing timelines, dependencies and status reporting
- Strong attention to detail and rigor, advanced analytical skills ensuring data accuracy and quality across all reporting and analysis
- Highly developed problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- Experience with Workday is an asset
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism (English/French) is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
