What You Will Be Doing

We’re seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Lead, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our global SAP S/4HANA EWM platform. As a key member of the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Solutions Capability team, you will serve as the primary functional expert and solution owner for SAP EWM, partnering closely with business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, integrated warehouse management capabilities.

In this role, you will drive a global greenfield SAP implementation, defining best practices and leading solution design across inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, physical inventory, wave management, labor management, yard management, cross-docking, slotting, and RF-enabled warehouse processes. You will analyze business requirements, develop functional specifications, coordinate testing activities, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of business-critical solutions.

You will also support global warehouse operations by troubleshooting issues, managing enhancements through the change management process, and driving continuous process improvements. Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders to provide training, support user adoption, oversee master data initiatives, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency while supporting the organization’s long-term SAP roadmap.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, MIS, IT, or a related field required; SAP Certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of SAP ERP experience, including SAP S/4HANA greenfield and brownfield implementations.
  • Deep functional expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) configuration, implementation, and support.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying end-to-end warehouse management solutions, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, physical inventory, wave management, labor management, yard management, cross-docking, slotting, and RF/mobile processes.
  • Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, QM, and other supply chain applications.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, including barcode scanning, RF devices, conveyors, warehouse control systems (WCS), and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex warehouse operations and business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
  • Experience developing functional specifications, test plans, executing system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Proven success leading global SAP implementations, enhancements, and solution rollouts.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience creating and maintaining process documentation, solution designs, standards, workflows, and project documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving business priorities and ambiguity.
  • Experience supporting training initiatives, user enablement, change management activities, and organizational adoption efforts.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support global business and SAP implementation initiatives.

Pay Range: $137,483.00-$175,017.00
