The National Account Executive - Partner Channel Organization develops and maintains relationships with small and medium-sized accounts. The National Account Executive - Partner Channel Organization work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the National Sales Director to develop and execute strategies that grow Humana's book of business with national partners
- Serve as a liaison to ensure partner initiatives align with enterprise priorities
- Coordinate cooperative marketing (Co-Op) and Co-Op/Ironclad initiatives
- Facilitate joint sales and operations meetings, incorporating Partner Scorecards and Stars reviews
- Analyze performance trends, including HARP results, and present data-driven insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships across partner organizations
- Lead communication of enterprise priorities and ensure alignment with partners
- Develop and deliver partner-facing webinars and training sessions
- Represent Humana at in-person meetings, events, and strategic engagements

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales strategy, or partner relationship management
- Active Health & Life Insurance licenses OR the ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Experience working with national or large-scale partners
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or Medicare
- Familiarity with Stars performance metrics and HARP
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Ability to influence across matrixed organizations
Additional Information
This position will operate under Central Standard Time (CST) hours.
Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. In certain roles, the minimum recommended internet speed required by Humana may not be sufficient for business needs. Humana reserves the right to require associates to upgrade their internet service if necessary. Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The range below reflects a good faith estimate of total compensation for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. This compensation package includes both base pay and targeted commission pay. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, with the base salary and commission structure aligned with company policies and applicable pay transparency requirements.
$93,400 - $153,300 per year
