Growth Marketing Manager
prevalent · London, Greater London, United Kingdom
About The Role
Prevalent AI is an AI-powered data fabric company that provides the organizational context enterprises need to securely operate , reliably deploy AI, and make decisions with confidence. Our customers include global banks, telcos, healthcare providers and critical national infrastructure operators. We are investing heavily in our go-to-market capability, and this role is central to how we reach and win those account s.
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to run the operational engine of our go-to-market motion, delivering account-based and paid digital campaigns that reach CISOs and technology leaders at those organisation s.
The role is UK-based, working across our EMEA, North America and APAC target markets.
You will evolve and run our account-based marketing (ABM) model day to day: tiered target account campaigns built from concept to execution , new
logo prospecting and sequencing, paid digital and paid social against the same accounts, and the signal-based workflows that route engagement to sales. You will also support wider marketing activity, including high-touch events .
Marketing here is AI-enabled by default. We expect you to build AI into how you work , covering far more ground across research, content and campaign operations, and to share what works with the wider team.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will work closely with sales leadership and incoming Account Executives to align campaign s with pipeline goals. This is a build role , not a maintain role : you will set strategy and targets with the VP, then have genuine autonomy over how campaigns are built, run and improved, with regular reviews rather than sign-off on every decision. You will have agency support as required , so your time goes on targeting, messaging and performance rather than production, and a clear path to grow with the function as the team scales.
You will pair hands-on marketing automation and paid digital expertise with the instinct to take a rough brief and drive it to a working answer.
