Responsibilities

Be part of the DLJBS team and reporting directly to the manager, supporting the Valuation and Risk Advisory (VRA) Services in the GC in various functions including information gathering, data entry, report preparation and production of all property types.

Apply accounting knowledge to interpret client financial statements and convert them into standardized declaration data as instructed;
Conduct financial calculations and modeling, and execute valuation procedures under guidance;
Prepare valuation reports and explanatory documents, responsible for content proofreading, logical checks, and professional formatting;
Utilize professional information terminals to collect, verify, and update market data;
Systematically organize, archive, and properly maintain project-related materials to ensure data compliance and security;
Perform other auxiliary tasks related to property valuation.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate Economics, Valuation, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Candidates pursuing or holding relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
Strong financial data analysis skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and perform basic modeling; detail-oriented with the capability to produce high-quality formal valuation reports, business proposals, and supporting documents.
Proactive self-starter with strong teamwork and communication skills. Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure and delivering high-quality results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI) is preferred.
Professional proficiency in reading and writing both Chinese and English, capable of working in a bilingual environment.
Willing to travel as required.
