About The Role
Help Clients Transform How Work Gets Done
We're looking for an Adobe Workfront Product Owner to help enterprise clients improve how they plan, manage, review, and deliver content and marketing work.
In this role, you'll partner with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to turn business needs into clear priorities and actionable product backlogs. You'll help guide projects from discovery through delivery while ensuring solutions meet business goals and provide value to end users.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both people and technology, is comfortable leading client conversations, and has experience with Adobe Workfront and Agile delivery practices.
What You'll Do
Lead Product Backlog and Prioritization
- Own and maintain the product backlog and roadmap for Adobe Workfront engagements
- Translate business goals into epics, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and improvements based on client needs and business value
- Refine requirements and ensure work is ready for development teams
- Adjust priorities as business needs evolve
Partner with Clients and Stakeholders
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, backlog reviews, and product demonstrations
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Help stakeholders understand platform capabilities, tradeoffs, and dependencies
- Communicate project progress, risks, and decisions clearly
- Build strong relationships with business and technical teams
Support Agile Delivery
- Collaborate with architects, developers, engineers, and QA teams
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and demonstrations
- Clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle
- Review completed work against business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Support testing and user acceptance activities
Improve Content and Workflow Processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve adoption
- Help clients reduce manual work through automation and standardization
- Evaluate solutions using native Workfront capabilities before recommending customizations
- Support continuous improvement through user feedback and performance insights

You will also support initiatives related to content operations, workflow optimization, collaboration, approvals, asset management, and content supply chain transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, Technology Delivery, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience managing a product backlog or serving in a Product Owner role
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
- Experience managing competing priorities and changing requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront
- Experience with Adobe Workfront Planning or Workfront Fusion
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM)
- Experience supporting content operations, creative operations, or marketing operations teams
- Consulting, agency, or professional services experience
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, automation, and enterprise systems
- Experience supporting enterprise workflow transformation initiatives
Certifications (Preferred)
- Adobe Workfront Project Manager Professional
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional
- Adobe Workfront for Experience Manager Enhanced Connector Expert
- Other Adobe Experience Cloud certifications

In this role, you'll help clients define business needs, prioritize the right work, and guide solutions through successful delivery. You'll balance stakeholder expectations, technical considerations, and business priorities while helping organizations get more value from Adobe Workfront and related Adobe solutions.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $158,750. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
