Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant – SAP‑Delivery Partner to join its S/4HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role will drive end‑to‑end Transportation Management (TM) solutions, overseeing both brown‑field enhancements and green‑field implementations, ensuring functional excellence and seamless integration within the S/4HANA landscape.

Lead functional design and configuration of SAP TM in brown‑field and green‑field S/4HANA projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and execute test scenarios, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Provide on‑site and remote support during go‑live and hypercare phases.
Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer across the delivery team.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other S/4HANA modules.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Drive continuous improvement by incorporating best practices and lessons learned.
Represent Bristlecone in client workshops and status meetings.
Minimum 8 years of SAP TM functional experience, including brown‑field and green‑field implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP TM within an S/4HANA environment.
Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end transportation solutions for logistics or manufacturing domains.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead and mentor cross‑functional delivery teams.
SAP TM certification or equivalent is preferred.
Hands‑on experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is advantageous.
