Bristlecone India Limited is looking for an experienced SAP TM Functional Specialist to join our S/4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role will own end‑to‑end transportation management processes, configure SAP TM within an S/4 HANA landscape, and lead both brown‑field and green‑field projects, ensuring tight integration with other SAP modules and delivering measurable value to our logistics clients.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for transportation management.
Design and configure SAP TM solutions in an S/4 HANA environment.
Lead brown‑field and green‑field SAP TM implementation projects from kickoff to hypercare.
Conduct fit‑gap analysis and create functional specifications and configuration documents.
Execute unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing, and resolve defects.
Develop and deliver end‑user training materials and workshops.
Provide post‑go‑live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with technical, basis, and other SAP functional teams to ensure seamless module integration.
Prepare project artefacts such as status reports, roadmaps, and delivery documentation.
Participate in SAP Activate methodology and Agile ceremonies to drive project velocity.
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant.
Proven track record in both brown‑field and green‑field SAP TM implementations.
Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes: order management, freight planning, execution, and settlement.
Expertise in configuring SAP TM on S/4 HANA and integrating with ECC, SD, MM, and EWM.
Ability to translate complex business needs into functional designs and configuration.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; SAP TM certification is a plus.
Hands‑on experience with testing tools and documentation standards (e.g., Test Scripts, BRF+).
Willingness to travel to client sites and work in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
