Pay

• $36.29 - $45.83/ hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Plus shift differential of $2.00 / hour for any hours worked on 3rd Shift

Schedule

• 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.)
• Clock out for lunch & other days and hours as needed

Job Summary

McKee Foods is seeking an Electronics Technician to join our Maintenance team.

• Maintain and troubleshoot all plant electrical/electronic systems
• Gather information on equipment and enter in Maximo
• Write and perform preventative maintenance procedures
• Create spare parts list and enter requisitions for spare parts
• Perform all other related duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Overall good work record (which includes attendance, safety, job performance, flexibility, and team behaviors)
• Associates degree in Electronics/Instrumentation and/or completion of a 4-year Apprenticeship or 5 years of industrial electronics maintenance experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated strong initiative in current position
• Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles
• Must provide own tools for this position
• Ability and willingness to work overtime, call-ins and other times as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills
• PLC experience
• AC variable speed drive experience
• Networking experience
• Good mechanical skills and/or previous technical training
