AtlantiCare, southeastern New Jersey’s largest health system and a recipient of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Regional Medical Director of Population Health to provide clinical and strategic leadership across our Primary Care practices in Hammonton / Barnegat, New Jersey .
This is a full-time, Physician Leadership Opportunity combining outpatient Primary Care practice with dedicated administrative time for regional and population health responsibilities. The Regional Medical Director will collaborate with Primary Care, operational and Accountable Care Organization leadership to advance quality, access, patient outcomes, provider engagement and practice growth throughout the region.

Your Impact
- Regional Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction to physicians and advanced practice providers across Hammonton / Barnegat .
- Population Health: Support evidence-based clinical practices, preventive-care initiatives and population health programs tailored to the needs of the communities we serve.
- Quality and Performance: Review clinical performance data, identify opportunities for improvement and help advance positive patient outcomes.
- Value-Based Care: Lead quality-improvement and value-based care initiatives that support the continued evolution of Primary Care delivery.
- Access and Continuity: Partner with practice leadership to improve patient access, strengthen continuity of care and support patient-panel growth.
- Provider Development: Support provider engagement, professional development and performance across the region.
- Clinical Documentation: Promote accurate clinical documentation, risk-adjustment practices and improvement in HCC coding.
- Regional Performance: Participate in the development and monitoring of regional quality, operational and performance goals.
- Clinical Integration: Serve as a physician liaison among providers, administration and ACO leadership.
