Your Role: 営業担当者（ペットヘルス）

営業担当者として、ペットヘルスチームの一員となり、革新的なアニマルヘルスソリューションを顧客に提供します。この役割では、卸売業者の効果的な管理や、動物病院および主要なステークホルダーへの直接的な販売活動を通じて、担当地域内の製品売上を最大化する責任を負います。

Your Responsibilities

顧客ニーズと競合動向の詳細な市場分析に基づき、包括的な販売戦略、アクションプラン、および年間目標を策定・実行する。
顧客中心の提案型営業を実践して動物病院やステークホルダーとの信頼を構築し、販売目標の達成と製品の成長を確実にする。
病院長やスタッフに対し、高品質な情報、技術的アドバイス、コンサルティングを提供することで、主要顧客（ターゲット病院）を管理する。
卸売業者とパートナーシップを組み、効率的な販売システムを構築して、年間の販売数量および金額契約の達成を確実にする。
CRMツール（Elanco Connect）を通じて正確な販売追跡、活動報告、事務的コンプライアンスを維持し、運営費用を効率的に管理する。

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)

教育：学士号または同等の経験。
経験：専門的な営業、テリトリー管理、またはビジネス開発における実証済みの経験。
戦略的プランニング、市場分析、および高度な関係管理スキル。

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

マーケティング原則への強い理解と、マーケティングプログラムをテリトリーの成長に適用する能力。
