Specialist, Client Operations II

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways

• Delivering an exceptional client experience to our client base through regular inquiry resolution, collateral processing activities, client analysis
• Support day to day operational work
• Support day to day client coverage for specific accounts
• Some MIS reporting, collaboration on projects such as procedure updates, automation projects, client profile maintenance

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following

• Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in operations or client service in financial organization preferred
• Project / detail oriented
• Project work with AI / Digital tools
