Role Overview
We’re looking for an Appointment Setter who thrives on outreach, relationship-building, and strategic growth. You’ll spearhead client acquisition efforts, lead staffing initiatives, and drive business expansion through a combination of cold calling, networking, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to prospective clients to introduce GPS’s outsourcing and staffing solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone, email, and online channels.
- Manage and optimize CRM pipelines, ensuring accurate tracking of prospects and conversions.
- Develop tailored business proposals and close new client accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted outreach campaigns.
- Oversee staffing operations from sourcing to deployment, ensuring quality alignment between clients and candidates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build lasting partnerships.
- Track key business metrics (conversion rate, retention, revenue per client) and recommend improvement strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (any field; Architecture or Business background a plus).
3–5 years in business development, telesales, or staffing.
Proven record in cold calling and lead generation.
Proficiency with CRM systems and VoIP tools.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced remote environment.
