About The Role
- Company's representative - Rendering company's financial services into the market / assigned counters.
- Acts as a communication channel between the management & the Channel Partners.
- Address customer inquiries, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information about documentations & pricing.
- Customer touch point - Meets customers and pitch schemes according to their requirements.
- First line of control - Ensures customers meets the funding norms.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction & positive feedback after sales-service.
