About The Role

As a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure - Technology Services, you will lead and coordinate infrastructure, end user services, service desk, endpoint management, and identity and access management teams across Canada, the United States, and Ireland. Your goal will be to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology services that support business operations while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and organizational priorities. Your success will come from driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration across regions, and delivering consistent employee technology experience through standardized processes, governance, and service delivery models.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop End User Services, Service Desk, Endpoint Management, and Identity and Access Management teams across Canada, the United States, and Ireland, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, business priorities, and cybersecurity requirements
  • Establish and maintain enterprise technology standards, governance frameworks, and operational processes that enable secure, scalable, and consistent infrastructure and support services
  • Oversee the delivery and continual improvement of core infrastructure services, including telecommunications, wireless technologies, collaboration tools, and end-user computing environments
  • Lead the implementation, support, and optimization of physical security technologies, including access control, door security, and surveillance systems across multiple locations
  • Provide strategic direction for IT Service Desk operations, enhancing service quality, issue resolution, and overall employee technology experience
  • Direct endpoint management capabilities, including software deployment, operating system patching, device lifecycle management, compliance initiatives, and vulnerability management practices
  • Partner with Cyber Security teams to strengthen infrastructure security, reduce risk, and ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory obligations
  • Establish operational metrics and reporting that measure service performance, system reliability, user satisfaction, and technology outcomes while providing insights to business and IT leadership
  • Manage vendor relationships, budgets, resources, technology investments, and strategic initiatives while contributing to the development and execution of enterprise IT strategies

Your Skills

  • Strong knowledge of End User Services, Endpoint Management, Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, and vulnerability management within a complex enterprise environment
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools, including ServiceNow, along with a solid understanding of service level agreements and service delivery best practices
  • Knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control systems, door security platforms, and surveillance camera systems supporting multi-site operations
  • Strong leadership, people management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to lead high-performing teams across diverse geographies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present technical concepts in business-friendly language

Your Experience

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information technology, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
  • Experience leading enterprise infrastructure, end-user computing, identity and access management, cybersecurity, and global service delivery functions

The expected salary range for this position is $114,943 - $183,909. Placement within the range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications and skills.
