About The Role

  • A well-established Private Healthcare Facility in the UAE is looking for an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Nephrologist to join its specialist medical team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nephrology services, managing complex renal conditions, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases.
  • Provide specialist consultations for complex renal conditions.
  • Manage hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and renal complications.
  • Assess and manage patients requiring dialysis and renal replacement therapy.
  • Provide pre- and post-transplant nephrology care where applicable.
  • Develop personalised treatment plans and monitor patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Medical Degree with recognised postgraduate qualification in Nephrology.
  • Valid specialist/consultant qualification in Nephrology.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Nephrology.
  • Candidates holding UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, South African Board, or equivalent Western qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong experience in managing complex renal and chronic kidney conditions.
  • Experience with dialysis and renal replacement therapy is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and ethical medical practice.
