About The Role
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Partner with and support Digital Media Managers and the collective Media Strategy & Planning team in the activation of P rogrammatic Media for the Inspire Brands portfolio. This includes working with Managers on the critical role of maintaining accurate financial stewardship across the brand portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Programmatic Activation
- Support the general day-to-day functions as led by Manager & Sr Manager to drive success for Dunkin’.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure appropriate pacing relative to budgets and targets. Update and optimize budgets and insertion orders throughout the year based on brands’ needs.
- Perform monthly billing and invoice reconciliation.
- Execute new campaign builds, account optimization and tracking processes across different platforms
- Manage the tagging, reporting and financial management for programmatic campaigns for Dunkin’.
- Partner with Managers to support the various steps required to ensure proper asset alignment (including creative & traffic fulfillment) across media buys; this will include implementation and QA of tagging as necessary across in-house Paid Media buys for measurement reporting and accuracy
- Pull and structure data for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and review with necessary stakeholders to impact optimizations and business decisions
- Support the integrated reporting of documents – including a migration to dashboard reporting – as needed by cross functional team members for internal and external purposes
- Maintain accurate record of budgets (planned v. actuals) and oversee the billing process for in-house Paid Media
- Proper management and reconciliation of all account budgets in accordance with media authorizations
- Budgeting and forecasting company revenues and internal operating expenses, as well as reconciling data from multiple financial databases
- Interface with external/internal teams in managing requests concerning processes and deliverables. This will include but not be limited to internal brand and enterprise analytics teams and 3 rd party auditors
- Report on campaign activity and leveraging research and industry knowledge to provide actionable, data-driven insights
- Ownership of ongoing campaign optimization and reporting processes, ensuring that campaigns deliver to target and are achieving the best possible results

- Attend and actively participate in regular status meetings (both internal and external) to help prioritize deliverables, takeaways/next steps and timelines with Managers
- Provide general team support as needed based on internal priorities and scope of projects
- Demonstrate a “big picture” understanding of brands marketing strategy and the role Paid Social plays.
- Assume buying responsibilities in the event of a Manager’s absence
Agency and Cross-Functional Internal Teams Collaboration
- Partner with the media analytics team to measure impact of ongoing campaigns and overall plan
- Co-lead competitive tracking and reporting on a regular basis and/or as needed
- Partner with Media Strategy & Planning and Connections Planning teams to develop a learning agenda and testing roadmap based on the brands objectives , insights, and key challenges
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Required Minimum : Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
- 4 – 7 years of relevant experience in marketing and / or media
- Hands on keyboard p aid buying experience within Google Ads & Yahoo
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and managing multiple tasks
- Account budget management through daily/weekly pacing, monthly and yearly goals
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES
- Ability to deliver results
- Excellent project management skills ( proficiency in Excel/PPT will be key)
