About The Role
Accountabilities
- Programme Operations and Delivery Support: Manage programme delivery activities and administrative processes within assigned areas to ensure timely and effective execution in accordance with course requirements, institutional policies, and regulatory standards.
- Academic and Partner Coordination: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including University Partners, Heads of Programmes/Academics, and other functions, as appropriate, to support operational delivery, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication to staff and students.
- Student, Lecturer and Assessment Coordination: Coordinate student communications and engagement activities, and support lecturer sourcing, scheduling, and delivery arrangements in consultation with academic stakeholders. Support the planning and coordination of programme delivery structures and assessment arrangements, where applicable.
- Planning, Scheduling and Resource Management: Manage class scheduling, delivery arrangements, and resource allocation within assigned programmes to ensure efficient utilisation and smooth operations.
- Financial Monitoring and Marketing Support: Support budget tracking and reporting activities within assigned areas, and work with Student Recruitment to support marketing and enrolment activities for programmes.
- Quality Assurance, People Management and Continuous Improvement: Manage team members to ensure effective performance, engagement, and development. Support programme reviews, reporting, and benchmarking activities, and implement process improvements within the team to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic Education and Work Experience
- A recognised bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Business, or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in higher education or a related sector, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience in programme operations, scheduling, or stakeholder coordination
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance practices in higher education
