Cabrini Post Graduate Program

Cabrini has partnered with Deakin University to deliver a Post Graduate Midwifery Nursing Program. The program is 18-months duration and applications are open to Registered Nurses who want to transition to a career in Midwifery.

To meet the learning requirements of the post graduate qualification, successful applicants will be employed in a part time capacity in our maternity unit as a registered nurse/postgraduate student. Rostering will take study and course attendance into consideration and include supernumerary shifts in Birth Suite and Special Care Nursery to meet course requirements.

Key responsibilities

Provide quality patient care and ensure positive outcomes

You will need

Australian working rights
12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Working with children check
Excellent communication skills

Successful candidates of the program can apply for ongoing employment within Cabrini’s maternity unit.
