We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end support across our store and support office network, helping ensure maintenance requests, contractor engagement, and preventative maintenance programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.

How You will Make an Impact

  • Coordinate maintenance requests across the Petstock network and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage work orders and liaise with contractors, service providers, landlords and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor maintenance activities and ensure works are completed within agreed service levels.
  • Support preventative maintenance and essential services programs.
  • Maintain maintenance systems, records and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Track maintenance performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all works comply with safety, OH&S and building standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, property, operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with contractors and internal teams.
  • Experience working with service providers, trades, landlords or property managers is highly regarded.
  • A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and delivering great service.
