About The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end support across our store and support office network, helping ensure maintenance requests, contractor engagement, and preventative maintenance programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.

How You will Make an Impact

Coordinate maintenance requests across the Petstock network and ensure timely resolution.
Manage work orders and liaise with contractors, service providers, landlords and key stakeholders.
Monitor maintenance activities and ensure works are completed within agreed service levels.
Support preventative maintenance and essential services programs.
Maintain maintenance systems, records and reporting.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Track maintenance performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure all works comply with safety, OH&S and building standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, property, operations or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
Ability to build positive relationships with contractors and internal teams.
Experience working with service providers, trades, landlords or property managers is highly regarded.
A commitment to safety, continuous improvement and delivering great service.
