Depuy Synthes, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Label Designer II/Orthopedics, located in Raynham, MA.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

We are excited to offer you a unique opportunity to join Johnson & Johnson as a Label Designer II. In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your exceptional design skills and coordinate the creation of Instruction for Use (IFU) documents. Join our world-class team and contribute to the flawless labeling of our products.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with Project Leads to ensure appropriate labeling requirements are provided
  • Create and maintain label records
  • Create and inspect label templates
  • Coordinate Instruction for Use (IFU) - translation, graphic design, layout, and printing
  • Ensure project commitments are met in terms of delivery dates and budget
  • Proofread labels and IFUs
  • Ensure labeling meets requirements from procedures, regulations & standards, packaging, and other business needs
  • Seek opportunities to improve the labeling process in terms of quality, service, and cost
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level
  • Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Perform other duties assigned as needed

Experience and Skills

Required

  • A minimum of six (6) years of administrative experience
  • Experience working in a regulated medical industry
  • Ability to prioritize work with limited supervision
  • Strong communication and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications

  • The attendance policy for this position is JNJ Flex Hybrid
  • Travel: Up to 10% domestic and international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is

$61,000.00 to $92,046.50

Additional Description for Pay Transparency

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
