About The Role

The Adviser Marketing team leads how we position, communicate and engage with UK financial advisers across our advised platform offering and Managed Portfolio Service. Working closely with commercial, proposition, product, sales and compliance stakeholders, the team helps strengthen adviser relationships, support growth ambitions and create marketing experiences that enable our clients to be better investors. About the Role

This is an exciting senior opportunity to lead the creative development and design quality of Aberdeen Adviser’s multi-channel marketing activity. You will own and evolve a scalable Figma-based design system, helping the marketing team deliver consistent, effective and engaging communications across campaigns, web, social media, events, presentations and adviser communications. The role offers the chance to shape how a major financial services brand is perceived while working with a growing marketing function that combines deep industry expertise with modern fintech and B2B SaaS marketing capability. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative execution across campaigns, digital channels, events, presentations, reports, emails and sales enablement materials.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system, including reusable components, templates, brand assets and creative guidelines.
  • Translate complex financial services propositions into clear, engaging and accessible visual communications for financial advisers.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, proposition and compliance teams to deliver commercially effective and on-brand content.
  • Manage agencies and freelancers, providing creative direction and ensuring consistent design quality.
  • Use performance data, stakeholder feedback and audience insight to continuously improve creative effectiveness.

About the Candidate

  • Significant experience in senior design, brand design or creative roles with responsibility for end-to-end creative delivery.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel marketing design across digital, web, social, events, presentations and sales enablement.
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems, reusable asset libraries and brand guidelines.
  • Advanced Figma capability alongside proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience within B2B, financial services, fintech, SaaS, professional services or another regulated environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience designing for adviser, wealth management, investment platform or broader financial services audiences (Desirable).
  • Experience with motion design and video editing.
  • Understanding of AI-assisted design workflows and design automation.
