AWS Back-end Developer

About the role

Join an engineering team building and evolving AWS-native solutions focused on scalability, resilience, and code quality. The scope is global — projects spanning North America, South America, and Europe — with a fast-paced agile environment and real technical ownership.

What you'll do

• Build scalable and maintainable back-end applications aligned with business goals
• Design and evolve cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Ensure code quality through engineering best practices, automated testing, and technical documentation
• Collaborate on architecture decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and performance monitoring

What we're looking for

• Availability to work in person 2 days per week in our office
• Strong back-end development experience with .NET / C# and Python
• Hands-on experience in AWS environments (architecture, managed services, deployment)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Advanced English or Spanish — projects are international

Nice to have

• Background in banking or fintech
• Proficiency in SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns
• Experience with RESTful API and resilient microservices architecture
• Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
