Job Summary

The Head of IT & Cloud Services, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will lead and develop Algosystems’ IT & Cloud Services, ensuring secure, high-quality, and reliable delivery to enterprise customers while building scalable and profitable Managed Services.

Job Responsibilities

Lead IT Infrastructure & Cloud Services delivery, ensuring reliability, SLA performance, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Develop and evolve the Managed Services portfolio across on-premises, hybrid and multi-cloud environments, introducing new services and capabilities.
Drive standardization, automation, observability and continuous improvement to increase service quality, scalability and efficiency.
Act as a senior technology and service partner for customers, collaborating with Sales and Presales on major opportunities, solution design and technology roadmaps.
Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships, supporting technology capabilities and business growth.
Own the domain’s performance, including capacity, utilization, cost efficiency, budgeting, growth and profitability.
Build, coach and develop high-performing teams through structured skills development, certifications, career paths and succession planning.
Collaborate across technology, delivery and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions and services and identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications and Work Experience

10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems or Cloud, including technical leadership and people management experience.
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, compute, virtualization, storage, backup, data center and cloud technologies.
Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures and services, including Microsoft Azure, AWS and other major cloud platforms.
Experience in Managed Infrastructure & Cloud Services and supporting large and complex enterprise environments.
Understanding of cloud migration, modernization, automation, observability and infrastructure management.
Demonstrated experience in coaching, training and developing technical professionals.
Strong customer orientation combined with commercial and financial awareness.
Experience in developing and launching new managed services or capabilities will be considered an advantage.
University degree in a relevant technology discipline; professional or cloud certifications are desirable.
Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
