About The Role

This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining material FOB costs and North America (NAM) inventory transactions to support the effective execution of NAM business operations within Oracle EBS. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Tour Van Build, Product Costing, and Global Finance teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of activities across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cadences. This person will help develop, monitor and share KPI reporting to ensure quality and accuracy of inputs. This individual serves as a change agent who is results-driven and demonstrates the ability to engage effectively across departments to execute critical tasks with precision and timeliness.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities

INVENTORY

  • Oversees and audits inventory accuracy for the NAM Tour Vans sub inventory within Oracle EBS, ensuring strict adherence to established procedures across Warehouse, Tour Van, and Oracle system operations.
  • Identifies and reports discrepancies, providing corrective action recommendations in collaboration with the Finance team to ensure transactional data integrity within EBS.
  • Analyzes Oracle data and partners with Tour Van personnel to maintain and update Oracle records utilizing various inventory transaction types to resolve variances.
  • Develops and distributes reports to support cross-functional teams in reconciling inventory between Tour Van locations and Oracle.
  • Evaluates all inventory movement procedures and contributes to the development of streamlined workflows and comprehensive user instruction manuals.

COSTING

  • Loads and maintains product costing in Oracle for both TaylorMade and Sun Day Red branded SKUs, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data populated in the system.
  • Monitors cost-based reports to proactively identify SKUs with missing material FOB costs, addresses root causes, and implements corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Develops and maintains costing KPI dashboards shared across departments and regions to enable proactive identification and resolution of cost-related issues.
  • Supports the Product Costing and Global Finance teams in preparation for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and year-end costing activities for carryover products.
  • Identifies and pursues continuous improvement opportunities within Oracle EBS costing processes.
  • Documents and maintains up-to-date costing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

SUPPLIER PRICING

  • Loads and validates pricing within Supplier Price Lists and specific Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle, as directed by the Product Costing team.
  • Maintains and Monitors PO-based reports to identify items with missing pricing, proactively resolving discrepancies prior to shipment.
  • Develops and maintains PO pricing KPI dashboards shared across departments and regions to facilitate timely identification and resolution of pricing issues.
  • Manages the "Temporary Price List" within EBS to ensure that $0 PO Price SKUs are identified and included for Trade Working Capital and Inventory forecasting purposes.
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering accurate, timely outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Systems and Oracle “EBS” or other ERP systems.

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications

  • High school graduation or equivalent, plus
  • Minimum four – six months experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse or closely related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
  • Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
  • Frequent travel may be required.

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected hourly rate for this position is $22 - $24 per hour. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
