About The Role
Under the direction of the Project Director III, the Project Director I is responsible for conducting quality assurance and certification reviews for NH Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) youth residential treatment program sites, including visit documentation, adhering to all QA protocols, completing reports and other documentation, and following safety and confidentiality protocols.
Duties/Responsibilities
Quality assurance and certification reviews (100%)
- Schedule and conduct quality monitoring reviews.
- Facilitate interviews, in collaboration with state evaluators.
- Create outcome reports based on the results of the visits and interview feedback, identifying recommendations and areas for follow up, and sharing recommendations with residential providers.
- Monitor necessary follow-up identified in the outcome report.
- Actively participate in meetings with project partners.
- Assist in the development of tools for the quality monitoring process.
- Provide feedback regarding the quality monitoring process and best practices.
- Support the development of tools and processes for the quality monitoring process.
- Maintain data collection requirements.
Requirements
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience
- Master's degree in appropriate academic discipline and three years of experience related to project specialization, or bachelor's degree in appropriate academic discipline and five years of experience related to project specialization.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to independently design, conduct, and track data collection activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis both in state and out of state.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling highly sensitive information.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel for both in-state and out of state reviews
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with NH DHHS service systems.
- Experience working in or with mental health programs, especially with children and youth.

Compensation Pay Range
$47,920.00 - $85,410.00
