About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle โ from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals and driving revenue growth.
This is a full-cycle sales role, not just closing or order-taking.
You will

- Develop strategies to increase win rates and deal velocity

Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience
3+ years in
- B2B sales
- Account Executive roles
Business Development
Proven track record of
- Hitting or exceeding quotas
- Closing deals consistently
- Driving revenue growth
- Experience managing the full sales cycle (end-to-end sales)
Core Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to run discovery calls and close deals
CRM experience

- Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
