About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle โ€” from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals and driving revenue growth.

This is a full-cycle sales role, not just closing or order-taking.

You will

Pipeline & Sales Strategy

  • Track pipeline performance, conversion rates, and deal progression

  • Improve close rates through data-driven decisions
  • Develop strategies to increase win rates and deal velocity

Requirements (Must-Have)

Experience

3+ years in

  • B2B sales
  • Account Executive roles

Business Development

Proven track record of

  • Hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Closing deals consistently
  • Driving revenue growth
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle (end-to-end sales)

Core Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to run discovery calls and close deals

CRM experience

Salesforce

  • Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment
