Senior Planning Engineer - PMC Project Planning - Data Centre Projects

A data center planning engineer manages the design, construction scheduling, and resource allocation for high-tech infrastructure projects. Core responsibilities include timeline tracking, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination. Location: Johor Bahru

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• -Experience in planning and scheduling large-scale construction projects
• -Data Centre project exposure highly preferred
• -Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project controls
• -Ability to develop, monitor, and update project schedules
• -Experience working with contractors, consultants, and clients
• -Knowledge of critical path analysis and progress reporting
• -Mitigation: Conduct delay analyses and establish recovery strategies.
• -Tracking: Monitor critical path milestones, site progress, and equipment vendor lead times.
• -Scheduling: Build and update integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

What You'll Bring

• -Proficiency in project software, contract management, and understanding of mechanical/electrical (MEP) workflows.
• -Degree in engineering or construction management.
• -Background in mission-critical or large-scale technical construction.
