The seat is focused on growth: retaining and expanding a base of established customers while developing new business across the region's smart home, consumer, and industrial IoT ecosystem. The portfolio spans both our Home & Life portfolio (smart home and security, wearables, medical) and our Industrial & Commercial portfolio (energy and metering, broadband, asset tracking).
You will carry the number for your accounts as a true account owner: identifying new sockets, opening new accounts, and driving each engagement through the full design-win cycle to production ramp. This is a hands-on field role backed by a local Field Applications Engineering team.
This is an in-person role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Candidates must be located in the Bay Area, with regular field time across the region and Silicon Valley and occasional broader travel.

- Drive design wins by working closely with our Business Units to influence product roadmap and unblock opportunities
- Build and manage strong relationships with third-party distributors and manufacturers' representatives, with a large focus on collaboration and shared goal achievement
- Coordinate Field Application Engineering and distribution resources to support customer engagements and close business
- Own contract negotiations within your accounts
- Develop and execute account strategy, and manage program coordination across your customers
- Maintain deep product and technical knowledge to consult credibly across customer organizations
- Exemplify high standards in communications, conduct, and the execution of business
