The Opportunity
AI is transforming how work is performed. At HSF Kramer, we will be bold in redesigning how the People team enables our business through digitally augmented workflows, process optimisation and data-driven action. We are looking for a curious, commercially minded Senior Analyst to help realise that ambition.
This newly created global role sits at the intersection of People, transformation, data and technology. You will explore opportunities, reimagine workflows, support AI and automation initiatives, and measure the outcomes. The role offers exposure to a broad portfolio of People transformation opportunities and the chance to learn from specialists across a global firm. It is an opportunity to build practical capability in AI-enabled transformation while improving the experience of our people and leaders.
This is not a pure technology implementation or data engineering role. It is a hands-on transformation role for someone who enjoys asking better questions, making sense of complexity and turning analysis into action.
This is a permanent, full-time position. HSF Kramer operates an Agile60 flexible working policy.
What You'll Do
- Explore how work is performed across the employee lifecycle and identify opportunities to simplify, automate or augment it with AI and automation.
- Map current processes, pain points, hand-offs and controls, then help design practical future-state workflows, including where AI tools or automation can replace or augment manual steps
- Support discovery workshops and working sessions that challenge assumptions and bring together People, Technology, Data, Finance and Risk perspectives.
- Build clear business cases, baselines and measures of success across productivity, quality, adoption, employee experience and risk.
- Use data and scenario modelling to assess options, prioritise opportunities and support investment decisions.
- Track benefits and adoption, explain variances and translate findings into concise recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards and clear visual stories that show whether transformation is delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Contribute to sprint planning, portfolio reporting, governance and the disciplined delivery of optimisation initiatives.
- Help test and scale new ways of working, including AI and automated workflows, while maintaining appropriate data, privacy and AI governance.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in analysis, consulting, transformation, process improvement, People/HR, professional services or a related environment. This may be an early-career role for someone with strong relevant project experience.
- A structured, human-centred approach to understanding problems and improving how work gets done.
- Confidence working with data, including strong Excel skills and the ability to build clear models and insights. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python or similar tools is valuable but not essential across every platform.
- An interest in AI, automation and emerging technology, together with the judgement to apply them responsibly to real business problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, persuasive stories.
- Curiosity, initiative and comfort working with ambiguity as new capabilities and ways of working are developed.
- The ability to build trusted relationships, listen well and respectfully challenge established assumptions.
- A focus on outcomes, with the discipline to measure value rather than treating technology deployment as the finish line.
- An innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
